VirtnetX just won $368.2 million in damages from Apple after a jury ruled that the iPhone maker infringed on four of VirnetX’s patents. The VPN company isn’t done yet, though. It announced Thursday that it has filed a brand new lawsuit against Apple alleging that it is willfully infringing on the same four patents.
The company included Apple’s iPhone 5, the iPod touch 5th generation, the iPad 4th generation, the iPad mini and the “latest Macintosh computers,” this time, in a clear effort to milk the Cupertino-based firm for more cash. “Due to their release dates, these products were not included in the previous lawsuit that concluded with a Jury verdict on November 6, 2012.”
VirnetX said it’s seeking, yet again, damages and injunctive relief.

complaint against Apple Inc., in the United States District Court for

7,490,151. In its complaint, VirnetX seeks both damages and injunctive
